Collaboration among the ILCB laboratories inferred from the ILCB publication data. The quantity of interest here is each individual co-authorship relation. For example, a publication signed by Labs A, B, C. We consider that A and B are ILCB laboratories and that C is an external laboratory. A will result in the following relations: A-B, A-C, A-A, B-C.

The first bar graph shows, for each lab, the proportion of sole relation (A-A) and internal relations (A-B) and external relations (A-C) computed over all the publications.
The second bar graph shows, for each lab, the proportion of sole publications, internal publications (number of publications made with another ILCB laboratory) and external piublications (number of publications made with external laboratory) computed over all the publications.

The chord graph focusses on the external relations only, highlighting the strength of the collaboration between each pair of ILCB structures.
